Texas, Turn Up!

The Dallas Cowboys and the Houston Texans host wildcard games today and both clubs should have Texas turnt by the end of the night. Thank the NFL for the Saturday slate.

The Houston Texans start the games going up against the Indianapolis Colts. Both clubs led by upcoming NFL stars at the QB position but the Texans have the edge with their talented roster.

Colts QB Andrew Luck has been on a tear after coming back from shoulder surgery on his throwing shoulder in 2017. The Colts roster isn’t filled with notable names but Luck has found help from WR T.Y Hilton and RB Marlon Mack. Rookie Guard Quenton Nelson has kept Luck upright and brought a new toughness to the offensive side of the ball. The team is up and coming but shouldn’t be enough to get past the Texans.

The Texans will get the W because of 2nd year QB Desean Watson. They will need help from the defense to give Watson more opportunities on offense but J.J Watt and Jadeveon Clowney should force the issue. Watson has a perseverance about himself that was proven in college and will amaze viewers today during his first playoff appearance in the NFL.

The game has started so find a couch and enjoy the start of the NFL playoffs!
